ATM Debit Cards

Your ATM debit card is free with any BankWest checking account. You can avoid surcharges by using any BankWest ATM or by using an Allpoint Network machine. In addition, ePlus checking customers never pay ATM fees, regardless of whose machine they use or where they are located.

If your ATM debit card is lost or stolen:

• During regular business hours: Contact the BankWest eBanking Center at (800) 253-0362. Your card number will be “hot carded,” (made ineligible for use) and a replacement card will be ordered.
• Outside regular business hours: Call VISA’s lost or stolen card center at (800) 236-2442. Here you will be able to cancel the card. However, a replacement card will not be ordered. To order your replacement card, contact the BankWest eBanking Center at 1-800-253-0362 during regular business hours.
• Anytime: Turn your card off using the free SecurLOCK Equip app. If you find your card and are certain it has not been compromised, turn the card back on using the SecurLOCK Equip app and continue using the card. If you find your card but are not certain your card was not compromised, you do not find your card, or your card is stolen, call our eBanking Center during regular business hours or VISA’s stolen card center if outside our regular business hours.

Using the free SecurLOCK Equip mobile app, you not only control use of your debit card, but can also monitor your transaction activity in real time.

Use SecurLOCK Equip with your BankWest debit card and a supported Apple or Android mobile device.* Begin by downloading the free app from the App Store or Google Play. Once the app has been installed on your device, register your BankWest debit card by following the on-screen prompts.
