BankWest Scholarships
BankWest is much more than a financial institution, it’s a community of friends and neighbors who gather together to make a difference. To ensure we have a brighter future, BankWest invests thousands of dollars each year in BankWest Scholarships to help further our young people’s education. That’s what community banking is all about.
BankWest supports academic activities and post-secondary studies.
For over 30 years, BankWest has invested in the education of our state’s most valuable resource … its youth. Today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders and BankWest is a strong supporter of academic activities and post-secondary studies.
BankWest provides 24 BankWest Scholarships to high school seniors and undergraduate college students who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Applicant must be a BankWest deposit account holder for a minimum of six months preceding the application deadline.
- Applicant must be a United States citizen.
- Applicant must be a high school senior or full-time undergraduate student currently attending an accredited post high school educational institution.
- Applicant must not have previously received a BankWest scholarship.
Each BankWest Scholarship has a $2,000 value and may be used to fund tuition at any accredited, post-secondary educational institution. Involvement in community activities, personal character and academic integrity are the three primary areas of consideration in the application process.
2025 scholarship program details will be released in December.
